Refund policy

We want you to enjoy your lashes as much as we do!  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept items purchased directly from us that are unused and unopened in their original condition and packaging.  Please contact us at info@fawnlashes.com within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.

 

Please note the following for returns:

1. Returns are eligible within 14 days of receipt
2. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns
3. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and any new shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility
4. A refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received and inspected the returned item(s).
5. At this time we do not offer exchanges on items.

 

Return Process: 

1.  Email info@fawnlashes.com with the subject “RETURN/YOUR ORDER #” in which we will provide you with the return instructions.

2. Please allow 7-15 business days to process your return after your shipment reaches us.  We highly recommend items to be tracked as we cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It may take some time for a refund to officially be posted but please do not hesitate to contact us at info@fawnlashes.com if you have not received the refund or if you have any questions.
